Every envelope is crafted in a Paris atelier, carefully assembled, and thoughtfully packaged.

We provide lifetime repair and maintenance support for all editions, regardless of age.
Repairs or part replacements are handled directly through our Paris studio.
Minor servicing (such as battery replacement or software refresh) can be arranged upon request.
3. Returns & Refunds
Each AniStamp is custom-made to order and personalized for its owner.
For this reason, returns and refunds cannot be accepted once production has begun.
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
4. Production & Shipping
Every object is hand-assembled in our Paris studio.
Typical production time: 2–3 weeks from order confirmation.
